-

IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
The IICRC-approved WRT course will be held from 8am-4:30pm on January 7, 8 and 9, 2019. It will provide basic education in the science and practice of water damage restoration. Designed for technicians and other materially interested parties, the course will cover extraction, basic containment and basic mold procedures.
Upon completion, non-restoration personnel that perform remediation work should have a better concept of water damage, its effects and techniques for drying of structures. Residential and commercial maintenance personnel should gain a better understanding of the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows and contamination such as mold.
The WRT course costs $499, and includes lunch and snacks. There is a test fee of $65 payable directly to IICRC on the final day of class to receive certification.
IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
The IICRC-approved FSRT course will be held from 8am-4:30pm January 10 and 11, 2019. This course concentrates on technical procedure for successfully completing the restoration of a fire and smoke damaged environment.
Participants will learn how to combine technical procedures with a practical approach to managing the job site and how that relates to pricing the job.
The FSRT course costs $299, and includes lunch and snacks. There is a test fee of $65 payable directly to IICRC on the final day of class to receive certification.
